Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control (QC) tests to verify product consistency, stability, and compliance with standards.
• Record and update data accurately in company’s data systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, track raw materials, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and availability.
• Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including formulation procedures and technical specifications.
• Prepare and compile documentation for product production.
• Generate reports for customers providing requested information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related experience.
• Experience in biological products especially with microorganisms – Advantage
• Willingness to work both in the production floor and laboratory.
• Experience operating lab equipment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and general tech aptitude.
• Professionalism, accuracy, high organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams
• Ability and desire to learn quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime
• High level of English.
• Ability to commute independently to Mazor.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research to examine the relationship between plant physiology, mycorrhizae, crop and soil health.
• Stay current with scientific literature related to plant physiology, mycorrhizal biology, and sustainable agriculture practices.

• Plan and execute experiments according to the company’s goals, timelines and work plans.
• Analysis, presentation, and implementation of findings and results.

• Develop and maintain protocols and operational processes

• Carrying out fieldwork.

Qualifications:

• D. in Plant Physiology, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in plant-microbe interactions, especially mycorrhizal fungi.
• Knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, and sustainable agriculture practices.
• Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and presentation.
• Orientation in a scientific work environment and in professional literature.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Eager to learn new technologies and solve problems.
• High level of organizational and planning skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hebrew).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Work is based in Moshav Mazor.

Responsibilities:

• Support R&D trials- planning, executing, documenting and analyzing results, in lab and field.
• Lab operation: equipment, preparation of growth media and solutions, bacterial isolation, identification and count.
• Develop and perform various biochemical tests.
• Read and review scientific literature.
• Support all tasks required.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• OR bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a microbiology lab – an advantage.
• Willingness to work both in the laboratory and in the field.
• Experience operating lab equipment and lab work and Strong technical skills.
• Experience working in sterile conditions

• ניסיון עם PCR-יתרון.
• עבודה עם פטריות או חיידקים-יתרון.
